You cannot even begin to fathom the reasons for which I steal from your
city. All of those I target have either directly attacked myself or my
allies, be it currently or in the past. Unlike the city you represent I
do not forgive previous transgressions to benefit the current situation.
Only with voluntarily penance and the seeking of forgiveness can I
inturn forget the sins of your allies.
