Instead of looking at the might %, did you check the RANKING of the
individual? That is based on level...it's possible despite their
advanced age they're not all that high level.

I understand your frustrations about not having anything to hunt, but
for every level range there's at least 4-5 different hunting areas to go
to. Why not try Polyargos or other offplane locations? May have better
luck there. It's either that, or be patient...you'll not stop people
from hunting out public areas I'm afraid. There's even been individuals
that claimed to have ratted to dragon. I'm sure you can imagine my point
then.
