Greetings all,

The village of Eleusis will be enforcing the following guidelines
regarding the Qashar. This posting serves only to give information and
has been made so that my ears do not have to be bombarded by the same
questions. These rulings may not remain but only time shall answer that
question. Should any Qashar wish to speak with me about the following,
please do so in person as I shall not be spending any more gold on these
boards.

o No Eleusian shall aide the Qashar in raids against another city state
or provide resurrections for fallen Qashar member while they are raiding
said city state or while conducting Qashar business.

o Eleusians may defend city states with the Qashar if they are defending
regardless of Qashar presence and are already situated within the city
requiring assistance.

o Eleusians are not permitted to hold member status in the Qashar ranks

o Eleusians will not fight directly against the Qashar as an
organisation.

o In cases were the protection of Nature is at stake, Eleusians may aide
and receive aide from the Qashar. In these instances, resurrections may
be granted for the duration. If this state of affairs should come into
play an Eleusian official will declare it so. Only the Speaker or a
Leath-ri will count as an official.

For those that question the latter ruling, our job as Eleusians and as
forestals is to protect nature at all costs. This may sometimes, but
certainly not always, include working with our enemies or those who are
under question by the forestal community in the rare case when the
threat is dire and nature depends on it.
