Hail, Lord Xenomorph,

A few things first, Lord Xenomorph. I am neither an Infernal, Maldaathi,
nor Mhaldorian reject. In each case I left on my own time as a personal
choice. Malaclypse Thorn was not a member of the Deathknight leadership
when I was a member. Ekary Lucoster was my only superior within the
guild.

On the personal attack of being a second rate human - not only am I not
a human and haven't been for 250 years, I am not second rate. On more
than one occasion I have been hand selected by Divine to head Their
Order, or champion Their cause. To play the name game - Lady Eris, Lord
Sartan, Lord Aegis, Lord Twilight, Lady Aurora and of course Lord
Shaitan. I was chosen to be a member of leadership in Ashtan, Shallam
and Mhaldor. Most recently, of course, as a hand-picked Viceroy of
Mhaldor, along with Minister of Security and Minister of War shortly
before that. No one else in Sapience has had the chance to serve under
as many Divine as I have - to my knowledge.

Onto the board of dishonour. I was placed on that board not for being
dishonourable, but for leaving the guild and attacking its' members. I
did so honourably, alone, against great odds. I bested members of the
Deathknights (or Infernals as the non-originals seem to call them) on a
monthly basis, but died many times do their unhonourable tactics. Did
you know that they were given the permission to attack me in whatever
way they deemed necessary - in a group of three, while I was hunting,
without warning, etc. Surprising, no?

Two more things, Lord Xenomorph. I have never disrespected you. I have
never insulted your honour. I have never said one bad thing about you.
In fact, it is quite the opposite. I have until this moment held quite a
bit of respect for you. I enjoyed our discussion on Mhaldorian politics,
and had quite the laugh when you asked me to come back in order to
straighten the leadership of Mhaldor up. I politely declined, of course,
as there are members of Mhaldorian leadership who do not need help, and
those that are beyond my help. I do not understand where you get the
notion that I have been spreading lies about you and your conduct. You
are one of the most honourable knights I have come across.

I offer you this - a duel without artefacts at the old dueling place. Do
you accept?

Sir Cooper Ravenwind

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Aeguary, in the year 519 AF.
