Hello citizens of Cyrene! Over the past few years I have been recieving
funds from a generous member of your city. This citizen has bought
immunity from theft for all of you. At the start of every year I have
been recieving a letter containing a bit of gold. I am sure you all
understand how disappointed I was at the start of this year when no
birdie came and dropped a letter in my hands.

This is simply a warning. The citizens of Cyrene will remain untouched
until the end of this year. If I recieve no payment, they will be open
game for me once again. Oh, and yes, if you do decide to continue with
the payments, I do expect compensation for this post.
