Dear Sapience,

If you are a non-enemy of Shallam, or the Dawnstriders, and have always
wished to own a shop, this post regards you! I will be selling the shop
"Illusions of Nature" in Shallam to the highest bidder.

[ ] Location: SE of Hakhim, the rat man in
Shallam's Medina shopping
district, makes it a heavily
trafficked location.

[ ] Design: With this purchase, you will
receive a free opportunity to
change the shop's name, and
description, to better suit
your taste.

[ ] No lease: When you own a shop, you do
not have to worry about
consistently paying large
leases. The only thing to
concern yourself with, are
nominal taxes!

Bidding will start at 600 credits, and will continue upwards until
around the 1st of Sarapin, 519AF. I reserve the right to extend bidding,
should there be serious bidders I need to work things out with. Bids
will only be taken in intervals of 10 credits.

If you bid and are unable to come forth with your bid within three
months of the bidding closing, I reserve the right to give the shop to
the next highest bidder.

(NOTE: Credits for gold exchange will be 5.5K per credit, mostly as I
prefer to get payment in credits. I will accept gold, but at that
exchange rate only.)

Message me with your bids, and you will be informed if/when someone
outbids you.
