Your attention, Necromancers

Necromancers of Sapience,
On the 24th day of Glacian, 517 years after the fall of the Seleucarian
Empire, I have been granted the position of Dread Ecclesiarch of
Transvital
Corruption by Lord Shaitan, God of Oppression. I would like to give my
thanks to Lord Shaitan, the city of Mhaldor and my predecessors, Father
Herenicus and Sir Vasool for their diligence and hard work in
safeguarding
the most coveted of mortal abilities, Necromancy.
Necromancers, know this: If you are not a citzen of Mhaldor and you
possess Necromantic ability, you are being watched. Closely.
Consider yourself extremely fortunate you are even authorized to possess
these abilities. If it is discovered you are fighting against our Lord's
will in any manner, you will regret it permanently. You will have your
flesh flayed from your bones, your head piked outside your cities front
steps, and your immediate family massacred. On top of that, you will
also be Anathamatized, losing your Necromantic ability. Think long and
hard about who your enemies truly are before you lift your sword or cast
your spell. Being the filthy non Mhaldorians that you are, I'm going
to have a rather difficult time believing your side of the story
compared
to the one even a Mhaldorian Slave might be giving me. Use caution.
If you have a personal problem with a lone Mhaldorian, make sure it is
agreed upon by that person that your fight is legitimate, and no loss
will come to you. Just use common sense. Better yet, focus your efforts
against that rotting tree knothole, Eleusis, the disease infested sheep
in Shallam, or the cowards and fools that reside in the dump of Cyrene.
If you are a Necromancer, you may lift your blades against me in single
combat. However, do not cross my cities efforts or my Lord.
In honor and in deed,
Infernal Lord Xenomorph
Penned by my hand on the 17th of Mayan, in the year 517 AF.
