To whom it may concern, regardless of politicial association.

I am now announcing a personal bounty of five (5) thousand sovereigns
for the head of Azuhi. This offer will run for an entire achaean year.

While I know the bounty is small, and that I can slay this individual
myself, I tire of playing the game of dancing around the teams that
Azuhi tricks into thinking she is in a legit fight. Plus, I am newly
engaged and have other matters occupying my time. Thus I give all bounty
hunters a chance to prove their skill and earn some coin on the side.

For further information, Azuhi is also a thief and has bragged on the
prowess of her stealing, threatening to so victimize my fellow citizens
because I refused to allow her to badger me into submission no matter if
she brought 2 or 7 friends to attack.

Thus as punishment for theft, she is already a marked individual, my
bounty is only for my own amusement at watching the tables turned.

Signed letters containing her head are acceptable, as is delivery in
person.
