Greetings, Sapience

I come here before you today speaking for the Order of Strife. Recently,
a war was abruptly declared upon Mhaldor by our Order. We regret this
hasty course of action, as both Mhaldor and the Order of Strife have
better and more effective goals to pursue.

To that end, the officials representing Mhaldor and the Order of Strife
have come to an agreement. We, the followers of Lord Pandemonium agree
to their terms of surrender for the mutual cessation of hostilities, in
an effort to resume our normal activities and more amicable relations
between our two organisations.

We heretofore agree that we shall not interfere in the goals of the Twin
Lords, nor shall we aggress their loyal followers without cause.
