For many years the Order of Pandemonium and Mhaldor have been loose
allies. We share many of the same enemies, and allies as well. When your
city chose Lady Indrani over Lord Pandemonium, un-allying many of our
numbers at the bequest of Her, we were upset but we upheld our loose
alliance nonetheless. This shall cease as of this point, and be replaced
with the ultimate end of seeing your city crumble.

While the Twin Lords still have much sway over my actions, and I value
Their teachings just as much, we believe the city of Mhaldor has become
a refuge for the very thing they seek to extinguish. Within the actions
of Des this is most prevalent, and something we cannot forgive. You
handed Des the big stick, I hope your city is ready for the
consequences.

In our Order you have found a new enemy, and unlike Shallam you will
find our will doesn't crumble with a mere election.
