Greetings, Sapience.

Today, by rights, should be the eve of the Shallamese Arts Festival. Not
only Shallamese but many others were, no doubt, looking forward to this
auspicious occasion.

Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that the man in charge of the
plans, Addaran, has passed the gates of Maya forever by his own choice,
taking with him many key components of the plans for the Festival.

Therefore, I am forced to postpone the Festival. We hope to have it
running by next year, making it from 510-511.

If you were scheduled to take part in an event, please contact me or
Greys, our Cultural Minister. I apologize for the inconvenience. I most
certainly did not plan on such tragedy marring the festivities.
