Final Notice of Impending Death

To all who continue to commit crimes against the great City-State of
Cyrene, to abuse her laws and to trespass among her walls, this is your
final notice of your impending death.

In the past, I have been generous and given each of you a personal
message warning that you are now on the bounty list and will be attacked
for your crimes, but as your entire city continues to breach the walls
of Cyrene for your murder and mayhem, I tire of being generous.

Henceforth, any man, woman, child, or animal that affronts Cyrene will
be added to the Cyrenian Bounty list and slain for their crimes. There
is no further warning. I care naught for your rank, status, or reasons.
If you lacked the foresight and choose to participate in these crimes,
then your life is forfeit. If you are a person that likes to hunt or
fish, this is even worse for you. Now your favourite pasttime will
become a trap requiring you to constantly look over your shoulder.

No longer will I be generous and offer you a duel first, nor warn you to
leave a hunting site less you die. You have shown that you take my
chivalry as a weakness and continue to slay the innocent young of
Cyrene. Thus you will die.

Even if you are a fierce Dragon, covered in shiny artefacts of war, or
worse... a bard, you will be slain. I care naught for time restraints or
if you are prepared. I care naught for how many times I die to your
teams or your prowess. The era of accepting your attacks and turning the
other cheek is officially end.

See you in battle.
