Salutations Senator,

Your recent decision to disallow citizens of Mhaldor within your walls
brings Light to my day. For too long they have walked upon your soil
with veiled intentions; for too long they have hidden their heretical
machinations behind a mask of cold civility. They have visited you for
their own benefit and then visited upon you unimaginable atrocities.

Mhaldor is a wounded beast caught in its lurching death throes, clinging
to hypocrisy and heresy. They are clambering from their grave on a
ladder built of their own bones. With every rung gained there is that
much less of them left to climb.

They believe they will emerge intact but this will not be allowed.

Know that with this ruling, the army of Qashar pledges their full
support in enforcing this policy. Disobey this and may your Gods have
mercy upon your souls, Mhaldor, for you shall receive none from us.
