Greetings.
This post is to state the current stance the Divine Order of Vastar, the
Skylord has with the city of Arcadia. As of the posting of this all
found to be raiding the city shall be asked to leave the city, if
refused said person or persons shall be enemied to the Order, and slain
so long as you remain inside the city walls.
