By order of the Council of Ashtan, Sarranda du Luiois is hereby exiled
from the city of Ashtan. Charged with inciting riots within the
city-state, all holdings and property held by the du Luiois line is
hereby seized and held. Any caught aiding the fallen noble will be
charged with aiding in insurrection of the state.
