Policy Changes

"The mind may be made stronger through the elimination of conscience.
One does this by inflicting pain on others." - Truth Six.

For far too long has Mhaldor tried to hold onto some shred of honour,
especially on the field of battle, only to have it thrown back in our
faces. We had forbidden our citizens to imitate some of the lower and
baser tactics out there, again due to some misplaced sense of honour. We
have had mud thrown in our faces and did not respond in kind, save for
to slay our enemies under our own rules and restraints. We have decided
that we have had enough of such foolishness.

Until further notice, none of Mhaldor save for the Maldaathi, shall
operate under the policies that some of you have enjoyed and have taken
full advantage of in the past. We will put aside our nobility and see
what happens when we fight on the same level and with similar tactics
that have been used against us. It is a shame that it has come to this,
but it was easily avoidable.

In Service,

Father Kaevan Lichlord
Apostle, Blood Congregation
Tyrannus, Mhaldor

Penned by my hand on the 8th of Miraman, in the year 504 AF.
