Your Future on the Seas

Of late I've witnessed Shallam grow in power and numbers. What once was
a mere shadow of what you used to be, you have proven Sapience wrong
time and time again as you continue to come back from the onslaught that
has been handed to you by Mhaldor over the years, and Ashtan during the
War. Now you stand at the forefront of Sapience as one of the strongest
cities in existence, whether it be your city alone or with your allies
is of no consequence, the facts are still the same. Now, to the point.
Thought I'd butter you up to keep you interested, you seem to like that.
I am the Admiral of Ashtan, the first Admiral of Sapience. Known mostly
for my captaining abilities, I assure you my talents extend elsewhere
into the Maritime world. I know not of your Admiral's abilities, nor do
I honestly care. From this point on, your freedom on the seas are at an
end. If myself or one of my captains spots a single Shallamese vessel on
the seas, it will be attacked. Everyone aboard will be slaughtered, and
believe me, you will not be able to outrun me. I will track every single
one of your ships down and blast them into the Oblivion you so rightly
fear.
All the allies of Shallam, this extends to you as well. Whether you are
an ally on land or at sea matters not to me, you will suffer with the
heathen of Shallam. While you may be the most world renowned fighter in
existence on land, I assure you when I get you at sea all things will
change. You will see just how bright the Beacon of Shallam is as your
ship is engulfed in the flames and there will be no one able to save you
or hear you scream.
You have been warned.
Micaelis Bayt al-Azhan
Admiral of Ashtan
Penned by my hand on the 5th of Scarlatan, in the year 498 AF.
