Greetings, Sapience,

While I am loath to interrupt the recent shameless begging from Mhaldor
for your help and your gold, the previous two posts to these boards do
illustrate something important.

You see, Sapience, to myself and to any other with eyes to see, the
posts by the Daemonic Hand and by Mhaldor's Minister of Cultural Affairs
illustrate perfectly the true strength of Mhaldor, and the true strength
of Evil. In a society founded on the principles of selfishness, cruelty
and hatred, such a collapse back into weakness was inevitable.

And indeed it is true: look around you. Where once stood shrines to the
Twin Lords, now there is only splinters and dust; where once Mhaldor
strutted proudly over all of Sapience, now by their own admission they
seek to cower behind the famed and noble protectorate of Hashan.

For a time, I will not deny, Mhaldor enjoyed some glory as inner strife
in the Church and in Shallam hindered us in our mission. Now, however,
the evidence is equally plain to see that a new age is dawning over
Sapience. Shallam and the Church continue to grow in unity, and true
strength in Valour, in Compassion, in Righteousness and Justice is
rising once again. You all now have the chance to take your part in it.

There are some of you, I know, who hold a misguided and ill-informed
mistrust of the Church, and of Shallam, but I tell you now: our goal is
true, our intentions are pure, and our path is clear. We seek, truly,
nothing more than the uninterrupted growth of Life on Sapience.

Unlike those who serve Oppression and Suffering, we do not seek to
control that growth; we seek only to ensure that Creation and its people
are allowed to grow without the threat of domination, perversion or
destruction as espoused by the enemies of Creation - by those who follow
Evil, Chaos, Sin, Darkness, Vengeance and all other ideals opposed to
the true shining brilliance of the Light.

Before I close, I would like to offer my thanks to our allies in Cyrene
and in Eleusis, as well as all those who hold no affiliation to any
other organisation. It is, truly, through the unity of all the peoples
of Sapience that true strength might be seen, and it pleases me to
witness the acceptance of this from so many of you, often despite
personal disagreements.

In time, it is my truest hope that all might see the truth of this -
even those who currently oppose me - and that all might come back to the
truth, and to the Light.
