I'm currently leasing the shop "Illusions of Nature" which is located
one southeast of Hakhim, who is the rat collector of Shallam stationed
directly in the Medina, the shopping district of Shallam.

In order to apply for the lease of this shop you must be in, and
maintain, good status with the City of Shallam and the organizations
associated with it. If you fault on good status with the City your lease
will be severed and the shop returned to me without a refund of the
payment. Thusly, I'll consider any applying shopkeeper forewarned of
this stipulation.

The taxes for this shop are 6000 gold a year, a modest fee for its
location. The lease will be a 5 year lease, able to be renewed at the
end of 5 years if both myself, and the lease holder agree upon the terms
of renewal.

The lease will be 200,000 gold, or 50 credits, plus taxes to be paid
directly to the City of Shallam, over the span of the 5 years. You will
also receive 1 free shop name change, 1 free shop room description
change and 1 free shop stockroom change.

The price and duration of the lease are negotiable. With the best offer
(around, or at, the requested level) received by the end of Chronos, so
that the lease holder and I have the opportunity to set up shop prior to
Sarapin, being the one accepted.
