With all this talk abuzz about the true nature of Biba's alleged guilt,
it would be pertinent to make these mysterious charges openly known.
Biba has been placed on the church's limited list of those "not
innocent", and hence "open game" as a kill target. Being that this list
limits the theocratically legal kills to a great degree, Biba is
disproportionately targetted by those respecting this document. As a
friend and advocate of good Biba of Actar, I challenge those who villify
and incriminate her to bring forth the evidence, or admit hypocracy,
negligence, and complicity to murder. The goodness of such doctrine is
brought into question, and the legitimacy of such authority without a
sound basis in reason is now in doubt. Are questions an enemy or a
friend?

What exactly -has- Biba done to pronounce her "guilty" and unworthy of
formal "innocent" status? If these charges can be proven and verrified
then so be it. But until that time the higher authority of good
concience and fairness toward the unjustly accused will hold this
"innocent list" document as illegal slander, and hereby considered null
and void. Only those who fear a vindictive and punishing master will
obey that master before obedience to what is right. Who are these
persons who pass this verdict and what is it that they stand for? Will
the professed spiritual nature of these powers admit error in true
spiritual humility and correct this atrocity with expedition?

There can be no respect for blind compliance with intollerable
defamation condoned by any organization of influence no matter how
powerful and threatening. Rationalizing the oversight and avoiding the
topic is not the path of the righteous ones, and is in fact merely
turning a blind eye to the continual barage of "policy murders" that
plague Actar by "licenced to kill" affiliates of said edict, acting
under full legality granted by their organization.

For those who truly -are- interested in righteousness, honor and doing
what is right, your duty to speak out against this criminal
institutionalism is called upon. There are writings about decency and
courage that many claim to live by. Will these become merely dusty words
upon pages? Or will they live in courageous voices and actions? Biba is
innocent, and has always been a kind, helpful benefactor to novices and
feeder of schoolchildren. Please reconsider what is truly the right
thing to do and speak up and out for removing Biba from the "not
innocent" hit-list. BIBA IS INNOCENT! SAVE BIBA!
