What was known internally will now be made public.

It is the will of Eleusis that all those in the ranks of Lord Babel's
Order, including those in His pre-Order, will come under a full herb and
wares ban from Eleusian villagers. Followers of Babel are also
henceforth not welcome within Eleusis and will be warned once only to
leave if seen within.
