I have read your reply and do not see how it seeks to change anything.
You claim that Shallam's intentions are peaceful and are not a 'land
grab.' What assurances are we given that this the case? You can mask
your intentions and lull us behind the veil of innocence but Shallam has
proven to the world that it cannot be trusted.

You say that quote 'The city of Shallam itself is open to peaceful
visitors'. What if these peaceful visitors worship Lord Babel, practice
Occultism, or hail from the City of Evil? Shallam has made it clear time
and time again that these people are not welcome wherever Shallam has
'jurisdiction'. The hypocrisy and dogmatism of Shallam is unacceptable.

I urge the Jewel, once again, to retract their efforts. If this is
allowed to continue Shallam may yet again attempt to 'expand' its
borders under the illusion of peace. This stops here and now.
