The Cult of the Fallen God

Greetings everyone. As a few of you might know, a very long time ago,
there was a great war between the Gods. On one side, there was Proteus
and most of the other Elder Gods, and on the other, there was the
Triumvirate. In the end, the Triumvirate lost, and the three Gods who
fought on that side were punished for their unsuccessful rebellion. In
recent times though, Agatheis and Lorielan have come back from their
respective punishments, but the last God, Khalas, has not. The Gods have
not taken initiative in freeing Khalas from His punishment, which could
be said to be the worst punishment that any of the Gods received.
I've formed the Cult of the Fallen God in hopes of restoring to Khalas
His freedom. This is a monumental task, which might have been impossible
in the past, but times have changed. Recently, Sarapis has passed the
mantle of Creation to Lady Maya. This means that there is more of a
chance than ever that us mortals can do something to free Lord Khalas
from His imprisonment in the statue. I'm sure many of you have seen the
statue of Khalas and have felt great sorrow emanating from the area. Who
could not feel sorrow over the imprisonment of such a noble Deity as
Khalas, who fought against all odds against the almighty Proteus?
Many may be skeptical of my mission. Why free Khalas? He dared stand
against the Creator after all. Why free Khalas? Well, I say it is
because it is only right that He be freed, as the other Gods who were
punished are also now free. Lady Lorielan no longer is trapped in the
crystal realms. Lord Agatheis is no longer trapped in the form of a
stag. Both roam freely. So should Khalas! Khalas worked towards what He
thought was right, the overthrowing of what He most likely believed to
be a tyrannical dictator, so says the great scrolls of the mythology. He
is not such a God that ought to be bound within a statue! He ought to be
free to wander once more!
For more information on my cause, feel free to contact me with your
questions and concerns. All are welcome to join my cause, as any able
body or mind can be useful! Only those who are fully willing to commit
themselves to this long and dangerous road are wanted though, not any
who are faint of heart or spirit. Through advocacy of Lord Khalas
freedom, we CAN change the world!
