Despite the structure of chaotic organisations, they are in no way
ordered. Those who support chaos hinder those who follow order by
causing instability within the realm. Order invites productivity, while
Chaos invites destruction. Flair invites others to embrace that which
cannot be controlled. By gathering a large group to follow Chaos, he is
gathering the potential to destroy the entire realm as we know it.

Everyone shares the responsibility to lead with Order as a priority,
regardless of their affiliation of Good or Evil ideals. Chaos can be
driven from the realms, but only if it is reduced to a level of
stagnation that allows purity to be restored. I urge you all to travel
to Delos to read for yourselves the Principles of Order and Laws of
Chaos, as written by Agatheis, the Elemental Lord after His countless
years of research.
