I am most unhappy to find that your city has so hastily decided to enemy
Lord Thoth on the sole grounds that He is the God of Death. Certainly
the scholars of your city have not researched His realm adequately.
Death is a natural and necessary process in this world and to claim
otherwise is foolish.

Long has Lord Thoth guided the Shadowsnakes and our devotion to Him is
unwavering. If this great injustice that you call an enemy status is not
overturned, and an apology extended, then the Shadowsnakes shall bring
the heart of his realm to your doorstep.

I hope the majority of your citizens were aware of the actions you were
taking against our Lord. I would hate for them to suffer for the actions
of the government.

In the case of a misunderstanding you have six months to clarify or
overturn the enemy status. If an understanding has not been made within
six months then the Shadowsnakes will consider Cyrene their new enemy.
