An announcement for you all, to avoid further confusion and to stem the
tide of questions we seem to be getting!

The Council of Oakstone will henceforth no longer enemy people for
harvesting plants below any given level.

As such, there is no need to record those who harvest below a certain
level; therefore, there is no need to report to Nynae or any other
Hierophant anymore when someone harvests plants until they are sparse.

At the same time, we encourage all those who wield the ability to
harvest to keep their eyes open for fires, as it is more important than
ever that they be put out quickly and efficiently!
