Greetings Sapience.

The Eleusian Cultural Ministry would like to invite some of you to join
our Combat Tournament that we will be hosting in honor of Eleusis' 150th
year.

The Rules are simple.


1. There are 4 stages of the tournament, based on circles of experiance.
20-40, 41-70, 71-90, and then 91-100.

2. No Dragonform will be used in the last stage.

3. The Tournament stages will be held on different months within the
year 474, and will be held in a rampage style. the last one standing
will win a prize, even if they are not Eleusian.

4. No Mhaldorians or Church Members are allowed to sign up for the
Tournament.
