On behalf of the Divine Order of Mithraea, I greet you.

For many many years now all of you have been the target of those who
practice occultism due to the items in your possession. How distressing
that now the threat comes now from both them and those sworn to protect
you. For this reason, I propose a compromise. I do not know the value
these items hold for each of you personally but I can guess that it must
be great if you are willing to sacrifice your lives to protect them. I
assume that you do not wish to lose them to those who seek to use them
for the purposes of chaos nor to those who wish to burn them in a pyre.
This is understandable.

I understand that members of Ashtan have asked that you allow them to
hold on to these items for "safe keeping". Convenient as it would give
the occultists there a sure supply of karma items at their disposal. I
am also aware the Church has made a similar offer which is just as
convenient for them.

The Order of the Sun, having no formal ties to the Church and certainly
no ties to those who practice occultism would like to offer you a third
option. We would like to keep these items safe for you in a place where
they will be inaccessible to both those who wish to see them destroyed
and those who wish to use them to further Chaos. Because we are not
affiliated with either organization, I can assure you that your
treasures will indeed be kept safe and I can offer this promise with no
hidden agenda or motive.

I am looking forward to hearing your response on the matter. Regardless
of what you choose, you do not deserve to die for matters such as these.
A peaceful resolution is the one for which we strive.
