Wealthy greetings to all who may be reading this missive,


On this date, in the year that marks the 150th anniversary of founding
of the Order of Wealth and Trade, and in tribute to our absent, but not
forgotten, Lord Prospero, and on behalf of the Order, as its highest
representative, I bring you the following declarations:

1. The Order of Wealth and Trade changes its stance of hostility towards
following individuals:
Coran
Cain de Soulis
Flow
Libby
Pepper Darrion
Profit Bayt al-Azhan
Rinoa
Trance Yusef
While they are no longer considered as enemies of the Order, for their
dealing with the Order until this time, any and such activities in the
future may warrant the change of their status with the Order.

2. On behalf of the Order of Wealth and Trade, I wish to inform all
interested parties that we are no longer accepting applications for the
membership in the Order, until further notice, from this date forward.

3. On a more personal note, I am offering an appropriate fee to anyone
willing to provide useful information, and/or able to locate an object
that is known as the Sceptre of Divinity, otherwise referred to as 'the
Divine rod'. Should you have such information, or possess such ability,
do contact me in any means available or convenient to you.


The purpose of this missive is to inform the general populace of the
matters related to the Order of Wealth and Trade, and are the official
stance of that Order. For any questions, concerns and possible
