It has come to my attention recently that a grave oversight was made
some years ago. With Blossom Festival Ashtan held in New Thera's honor
to celebrate the rebuilding, the city-state had made plans to thank and
discharge all the village soldiers that had helped us during the Vertani
War. Due to a miscommunication, only the Theran soldiers were released
back home, and I apologize profusely to those that remained at their
posts. To the Petran and Blackrock soldiers that have yet to return
home, Ashtan thanks you profusely. Your duty and discipline do your
respective villages proud and we are honoured to have had you fight
alongside us. Also, let it be known your time of service is over and you
are all free to return home as you deserve, the glorious heroes you are.
