In my absence, I have noticed there has been a great surge in completely
incompetent figures that reside in the Quisalis and Ivory Marks. Anyone
who knows the great Santar Darkwind will know I very much despise those
vile weeds. Therefore, for the uninformed, I will establish the facts
just this once before taking action (and this is a luxury that most have
never been granted), to quell the frothing at the mouth sure to come as
I right your errors, and send you fleeing from the Mark ways.
Disregarding explicit approval of your assassin or championing ways by
myself (which will only be granted through tests of strength and
character), I will indiscriminately destroy every mortal that would dare
to stay a member of either organizations, for absolutely no reason other
than what is stated in this announcement.

of the Mark. No exceptions.
