Laws of War

Greetings Sapience.

I come to you today with an intresting subject.

Sapience is at war, and to prevent those unwilling to die there are laws
for war. What happens when someone thinks they are above the laws of
war.

I shall not name names but there is a certian citizen of Shallam who
refuses to join the Shallamese army, yet insists on attacking Ashtani
and Ashtani Soldiers.

When questioned about this, his idiotic reply was "I'm Shallemese!"
Apparently Shallam has declaired marital law on all Ashtani, either that
or this one particular person thinks they are above the laws of both Man
and Divine.

Silas, I address this particular part of my article to you. As Minister
of War, how can you better control your warriors? Technically the person
I speak of is not one of them, but the people he teams with are. They
obviously have no respect for you if you will not even obey the simplest
commands. Your leadership skills need vast improvement. If a subordinate
will not obey the laws, therein lies your greatest enemy. Choas.

Choas is something that your city despises, and wishes to end. If this
is so, than how your citymates cause so much. I have been to Nirvana, I
have seen the choas item that is there. Your citizens follow no rhyme or
reason, they do as they wish. You may claim to follow the Codex of
Light, but in all reality, Shallam thrives on Choas.

Please Shallam, either police your own, before the divine have to get
involved. I am sure Lord Pentharian would agree with me when I say that
there is no honor in playing soldier, but not having the intestinal
fortitude to actually become one.

If you want to be a soldier, enlist. If you dont want to, stay a
civillian. There is no middle ground here.

Be Well Sapience, I hope I made you think a little.

Batang Moravean
Ithmian Warrior
Ashtani Soldier

Penned by my hand on the 16th of Lupar, in the year 463 AF.
