Kinei,

I am going to completely disregard the first half of your first post as
it is nothing more than mindless slander, and is completely irrelevant,
much less enormously erroneous, and is not coherent enough to be
dignified with a response as it is. I will, however, reply to the second
portion of your post in which you argue that -- Im not sure who, we, I
guess Ill say - - are supporting Chaos by being involved in this war. I
will not dispute that war can, in fact, cause confusion in a world if
that world was once ruled by order, but The Codex of Light has some very
interesting things to say, that I feel apply here:

Life is not just shades of grey, but a wonderful mix of colours, [and]
mistakes are made when one tries to over-simplify matters. . . When the
goal is Good, that goal is the largest part of any equation. Avoiding
any action that might be labeled evil when the gain to Good is equal or
more, is actually a disservice to Good.

This, then, seems to throw your silly dichotomy out the window, so to
speak. You think because we are not sitting idly by and allowing things
to take their course that we are, then, promoting Chaos. Have you
thought, however, that this war is being fought so that we can bring
actual Chaos to its knees once and for all? In Her Treatise, Lady Sol
comes upon the subject of our actions which directly and indirectly
benefit Good. She writes that killing an enemy of Good, while it hurts
that person's personal growth, still indirectly benifits Good, as
something greater will come of the enemy's incapacitation than what was
lost in their death. This can be paralleled easily with the war at hand.
Even if the war causes some provisional confusion for some in Sapience,
as you suggest it might, the end result will far outweigh what was lost
in the process.

If ones intentions are righteous and the mission is for the promotion of
Good, Creation, and Growth, then your means, this war, for instance, in
many cases, can be justified by the ends. (The ends, of course, being
the restoration of Order, Good, Light, and Growth in Sapience.)

The Codex of Light adds that, where intent's effects matter the most is
within the soul of the individual, and I doubt anyone can argue about
where the souls of our soldiers and the others who are risking their
neck for the greater Good stand.

Lady Sol goes on to say that these indirect goods, [such as killing a
antagonist of Creation,] must be handled very carefully, and it must be
assured that the benefits of the action outweigh the harm of them, and
there is no doubt in my mind, heart, and soul that the harm of temporary
confusion brought on by this war is immensely outweighed by what will
come of it. That is, Good and Order rising over Chaos as they rightfully
should.

If you are intelligent enough to realize the truth to my words, then
perhaps you are also intelligent enough to rethink your stance on Chaos,
as you are obviously not directly opposed to it, and this bewilders me.
Why would someone not immediately side with those who are working to
promote Growth, Order, and Good? Where would Sapience be, if it was to
not have these things? I challenge you, Kinei, and all who read my
words, to think deeply about your choices in the world, and whether or
not they are truly for the Good of yourself and those around you. If
not, then I urge you to rethink your path immediately, before you are
forever swept away in the downward spiral that is made of of all that
works to hinder Creation.
