We have an opportunity for budding shopkeepers: Hashan is currently
selling "The Ithmian Pearl", which is located in the Old Quarter of
Hashan, N E from Liirup.

The auction will take place in a closed bid format and you may only bid
once. Basically, the system works as follows; you evaulate how much the
shop is worth/how much you are willing to pay for the property, and then
you send me a message with your bid.

You may bid in either gold or credits, though credits will be valued at
4000/each for the purposes of this auction. You must be able to pay in
full on the end of the auction.

Bidding will end on the 1st of Mayan, 463.

Legal stuff and other trivia;
- You can change the name of the name of the property, and the internal
decor.
- The Chancellor (that'd be me) has the right to reject any bid for any
reason at any time. Any bid made by an enemy, any multiple bids, any
bids made through any medium other than a message, will be in this way
rejected.
- The property will be subject to the Retail Property Code of Hashan.
