Sultan of Shallam

Not once have I expressed prior interest in your doings, reasons, or
otherwise involvement in this War. I believe it originated as an
interest in wiping out Chaos in the world and any standing in your way
wil be put to the sword. Again. And Again. And again apparently. What is
your true goal at this juncture? You are intelligent enough to know that
Ashtan will not abandon their Occultists. You are also intelligent
enough to know that next to no progress has been made towards grinding
down the Occultists, the belief and support of Chaos, or even towards
the destruction of the Orphanage your people so strongly despise. You've
no true hope of destroying the Bastion, so what do you seek in reality?
Have you any intentions of actually accomplishing it, or is your
participation in this war simply because you raided Ashtan, and now are
facing the consequences. Ashtan has no goals nor eye on Shallam. We'd
prefer if you stayed out of our business, and have responded to your
nosiness in our own fashion.

This war has changed Shallam, perhaps into what some have felt it always
should be. A militarily zealous state, with no concern for the thin line
between innocent, survivor, nor the individual. Shallam makes no claims
of being in pursuit of Harmony or Good any longer, they seek to protect
the innocent by bathing in the blood of any in their way. In this war,
all I've seen is self restraint leave the hands of the soldiers, and
utter blood lust consume them. Do you serve your Divine, or simply your
own internal Chaos, for the faces I looked upon this month, the eight
Shallamese, Dyzanru (for all intensive purposes, Shallamese), Duane,
Gorlasintan, Markuth, yourself Alinoe, Shuman, and Avto, were not unlike
the visages of Pazuzu and his generals, slaughtering for the sake of
Chaos, blood upon their faces and hands as they relished in continuously
attempting to send me to the Realm of Lord Thoth. Attempting eighteen
consecutive times to send me to the Lord's realms.

I seek not your pity, but I am curious and ask again, what is the true
goal of Shallam at this juncture, as its original goal has obviously
deformed into a strict ego-stroking bloodbath with no end in sight.
