To All Mortals,

I do not look kindly upon treachery towards Myself, My Order, or those
organizations and individuals who have gained My Favour. Let it be known
that Rho has sent his weakest puppet towards My fold, and his plan was
uncovered with little to no effort. While the quality of stealth is
disappointing from an organization with a history of greatness and a man
who brags more or less constantly on his cleverness, I shall simply end
this conflict by offering My Favour to any who provides Me with the head
of either Rho or Danith within the next year.

Let it be clear that I do not wish to make war with the Church or Her
members, but that I will not stand for crimes against Myself or Order.
Those who choose to ignore My ample warning will be dealt a heavy fist.
