Effective immediately, it is Shallamese policy to disallow those
servants and defenders of Chaos in the Bastion of the North to enter our
walls and benefit from the protection of our laws.

Those citizens of Ashtan who enter Shallam will be asked once to leave.
Failure to comply will see you enemied and killed. Should you leave and
then return at a later date, again, you will be enemied and slain.

To resolve your status with the Jewel, you need only renounce your ties
to Ashtan and to that which it protects and endorses.
