We couldn't care less who you offer to, or how much praise you receive
for doing so. By all means, continue offering to Lord Lupus, we have no
qualms against that. However, if you slay innocents, for whatever reason
(even for offering purposes), than you will continue to be an enemy of
the church. If you want to be unenemied, then cease slaying sentient
beings which do no harm, and hunt only animals and creatures of evil and
chaos.

It is your choice who you hunt, and it is the Church's choice and
prerogative to deny you any assistance if you choose to slay the
innocent.
