Brethren,

The Church declares a formal amnesty for all those present on what is
commonly known as the do-not-bless list. All names upon it are hereby
expunged.

From this day, the Church shall instead enemy all those found to be
slaying innocents. The blessings of the Church shall not benefit those
who would use them to more ably destroy those we are charged to protect.

A current listing of innocents follows at the end of this post, but
largely innocents are described as those sentient individuals who do not
work against the principles of Good. Children, youths and adolescents
are ALWAYS considered innocent, regardless of the color of their aurae.
Any settlements who wish to provide the Church with a list of the
criminals who hunt their citizens may send a letter to me and I shall
add the names myself.
