I will try to make this brief, because I'm a man of action, not words.

Because of the Church's actions against Chaos, the Lichlords and myself
have decided we will not just stand by and watch.

Rho, your fellow members of the Church will perish and your Chrysalis
Basilica will burn to the ground. While you stand by and watch
helplessly, you should know this, Rho: You are the one to blame, it is
your fault, and your alone.

Let it be known, Sapience, the House Lichlord has formally declared war
on the Church and its members.
