Brethren,

It is an abomination to have practicioners of Devotion counted as
citizens and friends of a city which so happily both slaughters its most
innocent denizens and harbors the most notorious foothold of Chaos in
this realm. The Church will not support any Devotionist standing side by
side with our enemies in defense of these atrocities.

Until Ashtan shutters the Loving Hearts Orphanage and turns the
Occultists and their effects over to be cleansed, no priest or paladin
shall be allowed to maintain their Devotion there.

One year from todays date I shall begin to enforce the punishment of all
waking Devotionists who choose to reside or dally within Ashtan. Such
behaviour will be considered consorting with the enemy, and shall be
subject to Excommunication.
