Greetings Rho and other Annointed,

I commend you in your accomplishment of a successful move of Oppression.
It is not everyday that those of Shallam, the supposed City of Light,
would prove themselves to be no different than their most hated enemy,
Mhaldor. Though, your lot put in quite the effort, I must say, that your
actions have harmed us none. As a matter of fact, I'd have to say that
it has indeed strengthened us!

But this is not what I wish to speak of. For today, I come to you with a
warning, as I am a respectable man and do not wish for you to be
unprepared for your impending death. For all your actions will have
consequences, and Flair may be willing to leave you be for now, but I am
not. If you think that you will go unscathed for your attacks on the
Sanctuary, I must say you could never be more wrong.

So my warning is to all of you Shallamese, Annointed, and Church members
alike. I will be on the prowl, and my prey has been chosen. I pray for
your sake that I do not find you alone, or the power of Chaos may be the
last thing you see.
