Rurin the Crafter,

Long has Buckthorn been a valuable member of the larger community of
Sapience, lending his hard work to the masses that we all might benefit
from it. By his hands and Portis' was the Crystal Leaf constructed, and
it seems right that he should receive some compensation for those
efforts.

You work has also been valuable, providing starting materials for many
young adventurers. I wish to see that work continue for the benefit of
all, but not by building upon the backs of others without contributing
anything to those whose marketplaces you utilize.

Having said that, I must advise you of my intent to cease patronizing
your shops until such time as this matter is resolved. Semanthia of
Eleusis shall have all my business until that day arrives. I trust that
you will do that which is right and pay the reasonable debt that is owed
to Buckthorn.
