Greetings Sapience,

It is with great pleasure that I declare a permanent cessation of
actions against the Bastion of the North. I will, henceforth, abide by
your laws, and refrain from any aggressive actions within your walls.

Recompense has been made for my crimes, and I trust that we can go
forward in a new spirit of co-operation. I have never had a quarrel with
Ashtan, the city, and indeed hold its founding principles and many of
its citizens in the highest regard.
