I have discovered that certain individuals throughout the realm do
actually aid the criminal Santar. This assistance ranges from herb sales
to helping him hide while he is being pursued, and similar assistance.

Those who enable his sociopathic insanity will be enemied to Mhaldor.

While mortals in this realm may have certain factional disputes, we may
at least agree on certain metaphorical points. In this case, that a
healthy land is better off without plague rats, or those who feed them.
