The Council of Troutstone has been created in an effort to stop
overfishing of out lakes and rivers.

Fishophants from the Council, Along with the Marquis de River will be
patrolling YOUR lakes and rivers to make sure you are in compliance with
the Troutstone law of leaving at least 10 of every type of fish in the
room, before moving on to another.

The Council of Troutstone is also charged with making sure that the bait
shops of Sapience are not short on any types of bait. Currently there is
a Chubsucker shortage, so we are asking to please cut back on the use of
that specific type of bait.

Other than that, the council of Troutstone urges you to continue fishing
as normal. Keeping in mind, that another fish caught, is another close
to being empty.
