Mhaldor and Blessings.

I have noticed a growing trend lately. A large member of Mhaldorian
fighters have been seeking out Blessings and Spiritshields. I'm sure
everyone can imagine how I feel about the corrupt priest that decides to
use these Blessings to gain gold.

The thing I find odd is a Mhaldorian will call me a heathen and scoff if
I offer a prayer in the Light for the salvation of their soul, but will
seek out BLESSINGS given with the same spiritual power that is afforded
to priests.

A corrupt priest still harnesses the powers of the Light when bestowing
Blessings. Blessing are an inherent part of the Light and the powers
that
priest use to further Good and bring about the destruction of Evil. The
same spiritual power put into a prayer is put into a Blessing. Why is
one unacceptable and the other is no problem?

Then, my question to you, Mhaldor, is: are your citizens so unwilling to
endure physical Suffering that they choose to seek the aide and
Blessings of the Light instead?
