Muzzy, I wish to draw two things to your attention.
Firstly, I will start by saying that your post seems to take an attitude
that is relaxed to the point of worrying, where Mhaldor is concerned.
Mhaldor was built with the sole intention of being a city dedicated to
Evil and it's works. The city is founded on the Seven Truths of Evil,
and the citizens follow these truths under a militaristic leader, who
himself is under two Divine who's beliefs and ways purpose the routes of
Evil in all it's form, Lords Shaitan and Apollyon.
If one citizen helped you, I admire their display of Honour. However,
the fact that they are Mhaldorian should remain at the forefront of your
mind. If they were helping, there is much chance that they sought for
their own personal gain from the situation.
Your wishes of compassion towards Mhaldor, are, I'm sure, heartfelt. But
these are not enough. Citizens enslave themselves voluntarily, before
they can move up the ranks. The city rank 'Slave of Mhaldor', really
does mean something. Remember, no-one joins Mhaldor by force. They
choose to take that path.
Conversion of a few is possible. Many is not. They are too deep into
Evil, that some of them can no longer be recognized, as they twist their
bodies with hate, fuel their bloodlust with killing innocents, and
experiment with the Dark abilities of Necromancy, and some the Chaotic
forces of Occultism and Domination.
Finally, it is spelt 'Mhaldor'.
Yours in Faith, Sir Yarantan Sa'Rithven-Dawyn.
