From this point until Lupar of 455, all inquiries to the Ministry of
Security should be directed to the Sultan of Shallam, Hieyoko. If you
have been given your sentence and it expires during that time, fines and
requests to be unenemied should be sent to him. If you wish to know your
sentence during that time, ask it of him. If you wish to appeal an
enemying, again, bring it to Hieyoko's attention.
