Greetings, Laorir and Shallam!

I am extremely pleased to hear that you will be assisting Cyrene in
bringing home the Effigy of Victory. It was a great pleasure for Cyrene
to help bring the Effigy to the Jewel of the East during the last CTF,
and we have remained tremendously proud of our assistance to Shallam in
doing so. As you know, this is a rich tradition that we have had for
many years, and one which I am exceedingly glad to continue to foster. I
hope that our continued mutual friendship will stretch far into the
future as we continue to recognize each other in both our similarities,
and our differences as cities, as we have done since our founding.
